We usually think of our common area at Casa Del Mar as the beautiful grassy area at the front entrance, where our fountain bubbles. Actually, our common area is ALL of the CDM property inside our perimeter, EXCEPT for that owned by each of we property owners. Each of our specific condos/townhouses is EXCLUDED from our CDM common area.
So think of all our streets and driveways within the property, fire lanes, sidewalks, and public flower beds and gardens as part of our common area.
Our common area needs to be free of trash, refuse and animal droppings at all times. It also needs to be safe for walking and kids playing. No wires, cables, equipment or refuse to trip or hurt someone. We use these areas all hours of the day and night, so we all need to keep our common areas clean and safe.
Be a good neighbor and help keep CDM as the neat clean place it is. Pick it up, clean it up, and report any chronic misuse to the HOA using our CONTACT shown at left side of this website.
