Thank you for sending the insurance policy for review. As owners we have a vested interest in the policy and would like the opportunity to speak with an agent in-person. Specifically we are interested in a review of our current policy and clarification of terms, coverage, etc. Our webpage indicates the last meeting was held over 7 months ago. Since the policy renewal is coming up it seems this would be a good time to call a general meeting and have our insurance agent present.
