The annual homeowner association meeting for Casa Del Mar will take place on:

(We have seating for about 10, so bring a folding chair if you have one.)

The Board advertised a “save the date” for this meeting in the minutes from July 28 and November 3, 2019.

Good evening everyone.

A meeting was held via conference call this past week. Please read the pdf below to review the meeting minutes. Also please take the time to read the new Parking rules that will be strictly enforced on Sept 1st, 2019. If you are a homeowner that has a rental unit then please forward this new information to your renters. The Parking Rules will also be available to download on the “Documentation” page of the website.

AS YOU ARE A CASA DEL MAR HOMEOWNER, YOU NEED TO ATTEND OUR GENERAL MEETING FOR THIS NEW YEAR. WE WILL MEET IN UNIT 505 AT 10 AM ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16. BRING A FOLDING CHAIR, WE START PROMPTLY AT 10 AM. WE WILL REVIEW FINANCES, SAVINGS AND INSURANCE, AS WELL AS PLANS FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE.  THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD MAKE SUGGESTIONS FOR OUR FACILITY AND FOR THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION IN GENERAL.

FINALLY WE WILL ELECT OFFICERS FOR THE 2019 YEAR.  THREE OF THE FIVE CURRENT HOA OFFICERS HAVE AGREED TO CONTINUE, BUT YOU NEED TO LET THE SECRETARY KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CANDIDATE, AND IF YOU ARE WILLING TO SERVE IN ANY CAPACITY AS OFFICER OR ON A COMMITTEE. CALL OR EMAIL ME IF YOU ARE WILLING TO SERVE.

YOUR ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT.  YOUR INPUT IS IMPORTANT.  SEE YOU SATURDAY FEBRUARY 16, 10 AM AT CASA DEL MAR UNIT 505.

Hello Casa Del Mar,

Thank you very much to the residents who were able to show up at the annual meeting.  We really love to see our little community get together and discuss what lies ahead for all of us.
